Storage of the fish onboard
|
|
For storage of the fish we can offer
fish baskets. One type Polymoon made of high impact
plastic and another type Panther Plast, which is made
in a softer plastic.

Storage of fishing nets
|
|
For storage of fishing nets and fishing
tools we have several good options. In our range we have
plastic net tubs and net bags with handles on both sides,
for better handling. Wooden containers are also an option
for storage of nets, trawls and tools. They are available
in sizes from L:1,20m x B: 1,00m x H:1,10 m. If very stout
storage is required the obvious choice is a steel trawl
container. It is available in sizes H:1,80 m x
B:1,40 m x L:2,20 m. |

Other articles
|
|
For the daily work onboard, e.g. cleaning we have cleaning
cloths packed in sacks of 10 kilo. To prevent things from slipping we have
non-slip table cloth, which can be delivered by the meter and in full rolls
of 30 meter. It is available in colours white, blue and brown. For hygienic
purposes onboard we can provide a strong fibreglass toilet bucket.
Plastic club for beating ice can be delivered in 1,2 or
1,9 kilo types. Zink anodes which helps neutralizing corrosion are available
in 3 sizes: 0,2 - 0,5 and 1,0 kilo. Boat hooks can be provided with or without
ash wood shaft. Short harks are available in sizes from 75 to 200 cm.
Fishmeasurer made in wood with printed centimetre measure 30 – 50 cm. Crab
hammers with rubberhead are in stock in 2 sizes 700 or 1300 gr. Ice shovel
made in aluminium or plastic is available in length of 110 cm. It can also be
delivered in 120 cm length, but only in aluminium. Plastic shield for
protection of the face against water and stinging jellyfish when hauling nets
is also in our assortment.
Different iron articles can be offered from our assortment,
such as carabine hooks and shackles. |

Impreg 1

High penetration properties,
suitable for all types of wood above the waterline. For external use
only. It protects and provides an excellent sealer/primer coat in
readiness for overcoating with single component varnishes and Impreg 2. |
Impreg 2

A urethane/alkyd based
weather proofing agent which, together with Impreg 1, provides an excellent
treatment system for wooden boats above the waterline. |
Mahogany colour
|
|
A red-brown wood stain,
giving the glow back to worn mahogany. Paint on sanded wood and finish
with several coats of e.g. Classic Varnish. Is also suitable for tinting
1-component alkyd varnishes (max 10%) |

Thinners
|
|
There are 5 varieties of
thinners in Hempel’s assortment – 823 is the most common and furthermore
871, 808, 845 and 851 are used. The right thinner for the product can
always be seen on the can. |

Primers • 1- and 2-component
|
|
After de-greasing and
cleaning, choosing the right primer is imperative. This ensures the
protection of the boat’s construction, a good base for any painting
and the best foundation for an excellent finish. |
|
Alkyd primer
|
|
1-component alkydprimer.
This product is used as primer above the water line in 1-component
systems on wood, steel and glass fibre. For thinning use thinner 823. |
Underwater primer
|
|
A fast drying, underwater
primer with excellent waterproofing properties. For use as part of a single
pack system all areas and substrates below the waterline – including keels.
Also use as a tiecoat before antifouling, either directly onto the hull or
onto a primed surface and between an existing antifouling and a new
antifouling. |
Light primer
|
|
For use on glass fibre, wood,
steel and aluminium, a two pack high performance epoxy priming and
undercoating system. This product has outstanding corrosion, impact and
water resistance qualities both above and below the waterline. Can be used
for osmosis protection when application takes place at low temperatures.
An excellent protective coating between the substrate and Poly Best
topcoat, ensuring longevity of the system. |
Prop primer
|
|
A fast-drying primer that
attaches well and can be painted over with all kinds of underwater paints.
Prop primer is available on spray can, making the painting easy and simple. |
High protect
|
|
High Protect is two component
solvent free high build epoxy, especially developed for osmosis treatments.
Can be applied at, and will dry to, a very high film thickness.
Can be used as a substitute for Light Primer where solvent emissions
are a consideration. |
Sealer 599
|
|
A two component epoxy sealer
with low viscosity giving it exceptional penetrating properties, making
it ideal as a sealer coat onto bare wood and other porous substrates,
such as ferrocement. Also good on suitably prepared glass fibre and
polyethylene. For use above and below the waterline. |

Emaljer
|
Brillant enamel
|
|
A single-pack urethane
drying topcoat, especially formulated for easy application and an
exceptionally good finish with high UV stability. Superior
characteristics include flow at application with resultant high
gloss and good opacity throughout a clean, clear colour range.
Use above the waterline on top of Primer Undercoat. |
Polybest
|
|
A two-pack
polyurethane topcoat, giving a high gloss finish which is extremely
durable and resistant to UV degradation and abrasion. Poly Best is
well known for its ease of application and its high performance
properties. Poly Best should be applied at temperatures of 10° C
and above. Use above the waterline on top of Light Primer. |
Multicoat
|
|
A high opacity satin
primer and topcoat, providing excellent durability with good
resistance to water and oil. Ideal for all areas above the
waterline where a semi-gloss durable topcoat is required,
including decks, bilges and lockers. Also can be used as a
complete coating system onto new or bare wood. |
decolay
|
|
Is a flexible,
rubber-based plastic product. It is wear-proof and especially
suitable for roof decks, decks on glass fibre boats, steel decks
and decks with anti-slip surfaces. Available in two colours –
white and grey. |

Antifouling

Glide speed
|
|
Glide Speed is a
hard, antifouling (insoluble matrix) containg PTFE for a
smoother surface reducing friction. Contrains cupous ozide.
It changes to final colour after approximately 1 week of
exposure to water. It is excellent as an antifouling for boats
of glass fibre, wood, plywood, steel and ferrocement. |
Glide cruise
|
|
A self polishing
antifouling containing PTFE fore a smoother surface reducing
friction. Contains cupous oxide. It changes to final colour after
approximately 1 week of exposure to water. Due to its self-renewing
effect this product maintains an effective bioactive surface during
its entire service life. Use as an antifouling for boats of glass
fibre, wood, plywood, steel and ferrocement. Do not use on aluminium
or other light–alloy materials. |
Mille ultimate 2
|
|
Mille Ultimate 2 is a
one component cuporus oxide based self polishing antifouling with
extra activator designed with a low leaching of copper. It changes
to final colour after approximately 1 week of exposure to water.
Due to its self-renewing effect this product maintains an effective
bioactive surface during its entire self-renewing effect this product
maintains an effective bioactive surface during its entire service
life. Length of service may have a certain influence on colour.
The antifouling may obtain a copper-green tinge. Use as an antifouling
for boats of glass fibre, wood, plywood, steel and ferrocement.
Do not use on aluminium or other light–alloy materials. |
Mille xtra
|
|
Hempels Mille xtra is
a cuprous oxide based self polishing antifouling designed with a
low leaching of copper. It changes to final colour after
approximately 1 week of exposure to water. Due to its self-renewing
effect this product maintains an effective bioactive surface during
its entire service life. Use as an antifouling for boats of glass
fibre, wood, plywood, steel and ferrocement. Do not use on aluminium
or other light–alloy materials. |
Mille white
|
|
A polished antifouling
based on a combination of cuporus compounds and organic bioactive
materials. Due to its self-renewing effect this product maintains an
effective bioactive surface during tis entire service life. Service
has a certain influence on colour. The antifouling may obtain a
copper-green tinge. Use as an antifouling for boats of glass fibre,
wood, plywood, steel and ferrocement. Do not use on aluminium or
other light–alloy materials. |
Mille light
|
|
Mille Light is an
erodable bottom paint recommended for areas with high environmental
demands. Can be used on boats of glass fibre reinforced polyester,
wood, plywood, steel and ferrous cement with a speed below 15 knots. |
Basic
|
|
This antifouling is a
tin-free conventional of the “soft” type. It changes to final colour
after approximately 1 week of exposure to water. Can be used on boats
of glass fibre reinforced polyester, wood, plywood, steel and
ferrocement. |
Hard racing xtra
|
|
A cuprous oxide based
hard antifouling designed with a low leaching of copper. It changes
to final colour after approximately 1 week of exposure to water.
It is easy to apply and can be sanded to a very smooth surface, giving
a speed up to 35 knots. Can be used on boats of glass fibre reinforced
polyester, wood, plywood, steel and ferrocement. |
Hard racing white
|
|
A hard antifouling based
upon another type of copper than Hard Racing Xtra. Easy to apply and
can also be sanded to a very hard and smooth surface. Available in
one colour: bright white. |

Special products
|
Nexus
|
|
Nexus is Hempel’s complete
fouling release paint. It is a high solid three component silicone based
product. It prevents any fouling from attaching, instead it is removed
from the ”non-slip” surface, by the speed of the boat through the water,
thus giving a self-renewing effect. |
Aluxtra
|
|
Aluxtra is a self polishing
antifouling with a special copper compound and organic bioactive material.
It changes to final colour after approximately 1 week of exposure to water.
Due to its self-renewing effect this product maintains an effective
bioactive surface during its entire service life. |
Prop clear
|
|
Prop clear is Hempel’s
self-polishing and tin-free antifouling especially suitable for propeller
shafts. Prop clear gives a transparent, silky surface which gives protection
through the season. Prop clear is at the same time a primer, sprayed
directly on to the subject. |
Prop A/F
|
|
Hempel’s self-polishing
antifouling with organic bioactive material. It is for use as an antifouling
for propellers and outdrives. It is easy to apply as it is supplied in a
spray can in colours grey and black. |

Boatcare
|
Pre-clean
|
|
Pre-Clean is a high
strength cleaner and degreaser for the removal of fuel, oil, grease,
waxes and silicone from gelcoat, painted and varnished surfaces.
Use before painting and for deep cleaning. Dilute 1 part Pre-Clean
to 20 parts water for general cleaning, 1:10 for more demanding
cleaning. Apply by brush, sponge or low pressure spray, leave on
for 15 minutes. Do not use Pre-Clean on bare or untreated wood.
Do not expose to frost. |
Shampoo
|
|
Concentrated solvent
free cleaner for daily cleaning of gelcoat, painted and varnished
surfaces as well as boat covers, tarpaulins and vinyl surfaces.
Do not expose to frost. |
Clean & shine spray - nanocel
|
|
Easy to use,
concentrated NANOcel wash with wax that effectively cleans, waxes
and leaves a protective surface, all in one application. Applicable
to all surfaces. With the unique hose-end valve it is the fastest
and easiest way to clean your boat. Clean & shine NANOcel is a
newly developed product where the composition of the raw material
qualifies the product to NANOcel. The NANOcel term refers to the
geometric size of the cell-structure of the fluid. Do not expose
to frost. |
Clean & shine
|
|
Clean & Shine is
a concentrated wash and wax that cleans and leaves a protective
coating in one application. For the removal of firt, grime, UV
light degraded surface layers and other common contaminants on
gelcoat, painted and varnished surfaces. After use polish the
surface with Clean & Polish or Custom Marine Polish. |
Cleaning spray

|
Easy to use foaming
cleaner for removing marks and stains on gelcoat and painted surfaces
over large areas. Particularly good for removing deposits from the
waterline. After cleaning rinse with water. For heavy stains and
marks use Cleaning Gel. Polish with Clean & Polish or Custom

Cleaning gel
|
|
A high strength, non
abrasive cleaning gel for removing rust stains, exhaust strains,
waterline deposits, fender and other marks on gelcoat and painted
surfaces over small/local areas. After applying, rinse with
freshwater hosing and polish with Clean & Polish or Custom
Marine Polish. |
Cleaning powder
|
|
A strong, fine
abrasive cleaning powder especially effective on tough deposits
and stains on gelcoat surfaces, especially yellowing and
discoloration from soil deposits in fresh or brackish water.
Make a pasta from Cleaning Powder and freshwater, apply evenly
to the wet gelcoat surface and allow to work for 10 – 20 minutes.
Use a soft brush for cleaning and hose with freshwater before
the pasta hardens. The product can discolour stainless steel. |
Renew rubbing liquid
|
|
A fine abrasive
rubbing compound for removal of oxidisation, stains and light
scratch marks form most surfaces including aluminium. Restores
and renews the glow and colour on gelcoat and painted surfaces.
Can be used to polish both by hand and polishing machine,
finished with Clean & Polish and a Wax & Protect product.
Do not apply in direct sunlight. |
Clean & polish - NANOcel
|
|
A highly effective
NANOcel product that cleans polishes and protects gelcoat and painted
and varnished surfaces, in a quick and easy way. It is newly developed
and has been qualified as NANOcel. The NANOcel term refers to the
geometrical size of the cell structure of the polish. Can be applied
both by hand or polishing machine. Finish with a Wax & Protect
product. |
Custom marine polish
|
|
A liquid polisher that
cleans polishes and protects gelcoat and painted and varnished surfaces.
Contains surface hardening silicone which gives a protective barrier and
a clear shine. Clean the surface with shampoo and apply Custom Marine
Polish with a soft cloth or with polishing machine. Finish with a Wax
& Protect product. |
Wax & protect TecCel
|
|
A high performance liquid
wax with TecCel technology which gives a very long-lasting, shiny, UV
protective and water repellent surface which is easy to clean. Apply
the wax on the clean surface. Allow drying for 5-10 minutes and
polishing by hand or machine. A mirror-like high-gloss finish can be
obtained by removing excess wax with a clean cloth. |
Wax & protect
|
|
A liquid wax for UV
protection and a high-gloss finish. Apply on gelcoat and painted and
varnished surfaces where it leaves a dirt repellent, easy-to-clean
surface. Applicable by both hand and machine to small areas at a time.
Allow freshly painted surfaces to harden for a minimum of 30 days
before using Wax & Protect. |
Rib clean
|
|
A powerful, concentrated
cleaner and degreaser especially suited for removal of dirt and UV
degradation. For use on RIB tubes, hulls and other rubber vinyl
surfaces. Especially suitable for removing dirt and decolouration
caused by UV-lighting. Can be used with high-pressure equipment.
Do not use on surfaces sensitive to basic surfaces such as aluminium.
In case of deep marks or powerful oxidisation use RIB Renew Stain
Remover. |
Rib renew stain remover
|
|
A deep cleaning compound
for RIB tubes, inflatable boats, fenders, buoys and other rubber or
vinyl surfaces. Easy to use and gentle on the surface. Apply with a
clean cloth or brush to remove deep marks and contaminants. Scrub
until clean, wipe off with fresh water and allow to dry. For vinyl
surfaces, finish with Vinyl Condition and Protect. |
Vinyl condition & protect
|
|
A product, easy to use,
that treats and leaves a thin, transparent, UV protective finish on
vinyl and other rubber surfaces, which keeps the material soft and
flexible with a water repellent surface. Apply with a soft cloth by
rubbing the product into the surface. |
Exterior textile clean
|
|
A concentrated cleaner
and degreaser for boat covers, sprayhoods, tarpaulins and other such
subjects. Wet the surface with freshwater, dilute the product
according to the instructions and apply with a brush or a sponge.
After 5-10 minutes rinse well with freshwater. Any residue can be
removed with warm water. Do not use on alkaline sensitive substrates
such as aluminium. |
Exterior textile protect
|
|
This product is a water
repellent, transparent protection for boatcovers, sprayhoods,
tarpaulins and other such subjects.
Spray directly on to the subject, without diluting it. Treat the
entire surface at the same time to avoid any difference in colour.
Areas with acrylic or other plastic surfaces should be protected.
Do not expose to frost. |
Alu-protect
|
|
Alu-Protect is a
silicone-free oil for cleaning and protection of aluminium masts
and booms, rigs and fittings from steel and stainless steel. The
long time protecting oil penetrates wires and under fittings.
Clean surface with Pre-Clean or Boatcare Shampoo, rinse with fresh
water and allow to dry. Apply Alu-Protect abundantly with soft
clean rags, allow oil to penetrate then remove surplus. Strongly
oxidised surfaces should be cleaned with Renew Rubbing Liquid ¨'
before application of Alu-protect. |

Filling & fairing
|
Uni filler
|
|
Uni filler is used
at minor damages or screw holes. Conventional styrene-alkyd
filler in tube for repair of wood and metal above the water line.
Since it shrinks a bit when hardening, it can be necessary to
apply several times before sanding. |
Epoxy filler
|
|
Hard two-component
filler which can be used both above and under the waterline on
glassfibre, plywood, steel and aluminium. Available in 1 kg
pack or tubes of 130 ml. |
Pro filler
|
|
2-component
lightweight solvent free epoxy filler, used to fill and fair
large areas and remove surface irregularities. It does not
sink and is easy to sand, which makes it very time-saving.
5 litres of Pro filler only weighs 3 kilos. |
Proof 10
|
|
A flexible bitumen
based filler. Is used for caulking of wooden boats and filling
of cracks below the waterline. |
|
Teak treatment
|
Teak cleaner
|
|
A cleaner and
bleacher, very efficient for large areas such as decks and
for wood that has turned dark grey. Removes dirt and marks
and gives the teak the original look and glow. Use before
treatment with teak oil or teak colour restorer. |
Teak olie
|
|
Transparent
teak oil for maintenance of teak. Protects the wood against
dirt and water and it enhances the natural glow of the teak. |
Teak colour restorer
|
|
Teak
colour restorer is a light, pigmented oil giving the teak an even,
fine golden-brown colour. Can only be applied to surfaces that
are not exposed to hard wear, otherwise Teak Colour Restorer
must be covered with one or two coats of teak oil. |
